CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Please message us for any custom or special personalized orders. Please note that ANY custom and/or personalized orders will not be eligible for size exchange or any kind of return (unless damaged or defective).
SIZING DETAILS
We primarily use unisex sizing with our products (unless noted otherwise). Each listing includes sizing and color charts.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Depending on the type of product you are ordering, the turnaround/processing time will vary. Please check the Shipping & Policies tab on the item listing to see the projected estimated shipping & delivery times.
If you are ordering for a special occasion, please plan ahead accordingly.
Once the item has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking notification
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED?
We thoroughly inspect our products before shipment. If you notice any defect once opening your package, please message us with a photo so we can inspect & work with you on steps to proceed & discuss the appropriate actions necessary.
MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN TRANSIT .. WHAT DO I DO?
We always recommend purchasing Priority Shipping for insurance purposes for the possible event that your order may get lost/stuck while in transit to its destination. If the package has not moved in over a week from its last scan, you will be able to file a lost package claim. USPS will then get involved in locating your package.
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT .. WHAT DO I DO?
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered. We do recommend these following steps:

Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.

If you can, speak with your mail carrier to see where they placed your package.

Call your local PO to help locate the missing package using GPS location.

Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.
If order is still missing after being marked delivered, a Police Report will need to be made & filed. Once the report has been made, please send us a copy of it & we will discuss further action for your order.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Since all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, unless otherwise damaged or defective. We do not accept items for return or exchange if it has been washed or worn.
All handmade pieces cannot be returned.
If there is an exception needed to be made, that will be on a case by case basis & may require a $10 restocking fee deducted from any refund.
WHAT BRAND(S) DO YOU USE?
Since this is a handmade shop, we use multiple brands for certain/different listings. Each brand will have its own unique & special quality. All listings include specific sizing and color charts to help with your ordering process.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not generally accept cancellations. If an order is already in process or production, we cannot cancel. If an order is currently not in process or production, we can discuss the cancellation process.
